Across 2-4 April and 9-11 April in the evenings, we will transform for 6 evenings only, you can expect a West Coast vs East Coast (of Scotland) menu of Doubler Burgers stacked high with double Angus beef patties  Scottish Gouda, Carmelised Onions & Smoked Garlic Pickles, Medicine Fries, a nod to “secret menu” culture with Chippy Fries, Whiskly Mustard Mayo, Melted Cheese & Crispy Shallots and the ultimate crossover nobody asked for (but everyone needs), Irn-Bru Shakes.
