Here is the current menu for the Shoap.

Breakfast
Our morning rolls are baked by hand each morning in the Shoap by Emily using Scottish milled flour from Mungoswells.
You can choose from a soft, crispy or well-fired roll and your choice of filling - all our produce comes from Scotland or is made in-house.

Our classic Big Mick - Aberdeen Angus beef dry-aged beef mince melted down with Isle of Mull cheddar and topped with our Big Mick Sauce spiked with Laphroaig whisky to cut through the richness of the beef.

The Chicken Balmoral - pulled chicken mixed through peppercorn sauce topped with beef & lamb haggis and crispy Ayrshire bacon.

Our cold cut shaved Ham Salad roll with smoked garlic mayonnaise and a well-dressed salad for the folk wanting a lighter option.

For the veggies, our Coronation Chickpea number with a chickpea smash, coronation sauce and pickled red onion with a wee spinac sag in there for good measure.

DRINKS
This is our latest drinks menu including hot drinks, draught, cocktails and drams.
At the shoap, we also have a full double fridge of soft drinks, beer, cider, cocktails, wine and water - everything you need.
