In the first of our series of Scottish regional spotlights, we welcomed Clare Coghill from Cafe Cuil on Skye to the Shoap. Clare curated a fantastic menu showcasing the best of the produce on Skye including her famous langoustine rolls, Skye lamb & black pudding koftas and quesadillas made with Scottish cheese and served with a wild-foraged sorrel salsa.
We also welcomed along Raasay Distillery who served cocktails throughout the night and had the boys from Skye Live in DJing. The event sold out in 2 hours so be on it for the next one!
